For many people, how much they weigh has a huge influence on how the feel about themselves. Being overweight or obese can make it so you don't fit in your favorite clothes. Some people are even more embarrassed about going out in public or engaging with others, or even going to crowded meetings because of their weight. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) , people who lose weight and start caring of their bodies end up feeling better physically, but emotionally too.   
 Women who are overweight have 4 times the endometrial cancer risk, that's possibly  for the same reason they have an increased possibility of breast cancer:   



Estrogen is a hormone in your body. It is associated to Endometrical cancer.  
Endometrical cancer comes from the endometrium (this is the lining of the uterus or womb) and estrogen is also linked to breast cancer.   
And do you know where is Estrogen made? Yes, you guessed it, it is produced by body fat.   
A recent study showed that leptin, which is a hormone linked to weight gain, enhance the possibility of cancerous breast cells and normal ones as well.   
The study was done at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
    
You really should start on your plan for weight loss, it's much more better to be more active and healthier.  
To be overweight or being obese; then you're more likely to have heart disease and stroke in any time in your lifetime, even if  there isn't any other defined risk factors. Obesity is not safe and not healthy at all for many obvious reasons;     
First of all, because of excess; weight puts strain on your heart.    
It will raise blood pressure and cholesterol level and it can lead to diabetes. Losing weight is a good  guaranteed way  to reduce the possibility of the risk of you having heart problems and other diseases such as: sleep apnea, arthritis and even specific forms of cancer can occur due to having more excess weight.    
 One of the greatest reasons that you should start on your diet and healthy lifestyle is self-Confidence.   
There must be some pants you miss wearing, or t-shirts you couldn't buy because they didn't fit in. You need to be more self-confident, more active and happier in your life.  
All of the mentioned before are some reasons for losing weight, and there are more,
